"My wife and I stopped in at 6:55pm, not knowing they were getting ready to close. We were greeted with “can I help you find something”. Not “welcome or hello” I replied “we want to look around”. The respond was you’ve got 5 minutes, we’re closing. We walked out. It could have been said differently. I’ve never spent less than $100 in this store. As a business owner I never tolerate my staff being short or rude. Jan might want to do some training with her sales people. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt I’ve been treated rudely there."

"Was probed and basically followed by the manager for most of my visit. Having worked in retail myself for over 15 years, it's understandable that they had to rearrange the floor plan and be more aware of patrons after the store was nearly closed for good, but not everyone who shops in a puffer winter coat is a potential shoplifter. Even though I did make a purchase as originally intended, I felt like a criminal by the time I got back out to my car. If I feel the need to do Hallmark shopping in the future, I'll choose to do it elsewhere."
