"We scheduled a time for them to come out and give us a quote for a fence modification on a house we were closing on. They did not show up. We called them and they said they could come out the next day, so we agreed to that. They did not show AGAIN the next day. We called and he said “I didn’t give him the address” which I did give to him on the phone which he responded that I was supposed to text it to him, which he did not say. He also tried to give us the excuse that the weather was bad. No phone call to ask our address or reschedule a time to a different day with better weather. Complete waste of time and completely unprofessional."

"I called place after place today trying to get a repair man to come out to my job to fix our fence after the company that installed it (after much run around) told us they no longer do fence repairs. Not even for one they installed. After 4 different companies told me that they couldn't come for 6 weeks or more, these folks, a small local owned business promised to be out within an hour and a half. Not only did they come on time, but they were able to fix our fence today so we can continue to secure our customers vehicles every night. If you have any immediate fence repair needs, give Doug Barrett a call! They are quick and reliable and do a great job."
