"While I appreciate the online ordering process, the employees at the store often are rude and short. Today I was trying to do an online pick up because my entire family has Covid ( I do not so I did online pick up). I did not want to wait in line and get near other customers, but they kept helping people in line and letting new people get in line and never helping me ( I was just inside the door trying to distance) but they would look at me and absolutely refuse to acknowledge I was there. They didn’t even take a moment to ask if I had a question. So I finally had to go get in line and possibly expose all those people whom I would’ve been IN FRONT of anyway. This is not the first time I’ve had extremely poor and rude customer service from the store, but today it was uncalled for Usually I choose to go inside and pick up my package to be nice but the kindness is often not reciprocated."
"The people who work there are very helpful and knowledgeable. It's not perfect, no place is, but they're great at troubleshooting. Great selection of items, and sales are pretty regular and last a while. Ordering online to ship or for curbside pickup is also super convenient."

"09/03/23 stopped as they have the best selection of upholstery foam. Cedar helped me find what I needed and in foam and some fabric for our '56 I'm restoring. Must not had gotten a pic of all the new foam and batting on the frame before sewing the covers. He even gave me a tip for the 40% coupon. A+ Customer service (and selection)."
"Wow!!!! They had so many 75, 40, 25, just all over the place percentages off! I was able to get some really great candles and one other crafts that were awesome! They seem to always have really good sales that go on until things are gone!"
