"Flowers were beautiful, however the associate helping us at the floral counter, Lynda R, was incredibly offensive. When we asked about a particular vase, the first words out of her mouth were "well that one is very expensive" in a judgemental tone, insinuating it was too expensive for us to afford? When we followed up with "well how much is expensive" was told it was only $25. In the future, it may be smart to not judge what one thinks is "expensive" for a customer, and let the customers determine what is and isn't within their budgets. Lynda had issues working the Point of Sale machine correctly as well as she was too preoccupied having a conversation with her coworker. Individuals with this type of attitude toward customers probably shouldn't work in customers service."

"Daughter went in. The lady working Monday Sept 19 she said was extremely rude. Complaining about all they have to make for homecoming and 2 weddings... wouldn't show her pics of what they do. She ordered but I will pick up and complain to the manager and you just lost our business."

"Online ordering is essentially broken (empty's cart order if you aren't already signed in, form entry says required but doesn't recognize if anythingis entered, won't accept any form of payment - says to contact bank despite three different card options). If you're not already shopping in store then avoid at all costs"

"Went for an Anniversary balloon on a stick to take to put on a grave. They said they had one but didn't. But I bought another one that was a Flag and they gave me a marker to write on the balloon. We went to 4 HyVees and none of them carry this item anymore."

"Attended a wedding on July 6th. The centerpieces we from Hy-Vee in Blue Springs. At a distance they were pretty. However when in the tables and looking at them, every single white rose in all 10 of them were brown on the top! It’s my understanding from the person who picked them up that they were that way when they left Hy-Vee. Overpriced totally and brown tips on the white roses.... unacceptable! Think twice before you spend that much money at a Gricery store for flowers!"
