"I wish I could give negative stars! They have broken worn down machines and then charge you for every little thing when you return it. If you do decide to use this shady business take a million and I mean a million before pictures. The front office lady was completely rude then another lady from the back came out calling me horrible names. I will never use this company again and I highly recommend you find another rental company. Look through the complaints and see the patterns. Also read the responses back from this company, look how they talk to others. I don’t see how soooo many people can say the same thing about broken worn down equipment and being charged for “damage” that was obviously there for awhile. Edit to clarify comments from company: What kind of shades business wants before pics of equipment? No attitude was given until your office got snotty and very rude. We absolutely did not cause any damage besides the armrest that was already obviously on its last life. The trailer was returned within an hour of the machine. The reason we needed to rent from two places is Bc your company did not have all the equipment we needed."

"If I could give this company zero stars that would be more appropriate. If you have an issue with there old machines they rent out they will do nothing to compensate for the issue. Also the lady in the office will argue will you over the phone and say this isn’t their fault. I will never recommend and I will spread the word about your poor customer service you offer here. Update: Being that your machine wasn’t working properly, of course we would request some sort of compensation back. The machine was not lifted further than it was meant to. Your poor customer skills from your manager is a disgrace. If you are to respond to a review, you should do a spell check first. We absolutely did not stalk your workers by any means. Our frustration should’ve been handled with some sort of understanding. Shame on your company. We would not do business with you again either way. Public beware."

"Friendly professional service and quality equipment. They have a wide selection of tools and equipment for sale or rent. They are helpful and knowledgeable of all the equipment they stock. Nice inventory of new lawn care and landscaping equipment for sale. Competitive rates as well."

"I have had numerous rentals with this company and would like to leave a 6 star review. Bonus star for all the help this company has given. I had a contractor steal $50k from me and now I'm left to tackle this project on my own. They have the best rates I could find, the owners are there every day working hard and has always returned my calls promptly. If there was an issue with the equipment, I would get a phone call to be walked thru the process of fixing it (track repair) or a mechanic would be on site within an hour to get me going again even if the business was closed. 24/7 they have returned my calls. I had a bad day yesterday (I think it's my 8th rental) and got little to no work done. I had rented 2 machines and maybe only put an hour of use on one of them. Common Cents assisted in giving me another 1/2 day (they offered a full but I only needed 1/2 to make up for a loss) Wow! I really needed this break! The equipment is always clean and functions well when I take them. In summary: take care of their equipment, do a good job cleaning which you agree to when renting and they will take care of you. I see no reason to go to a large chain renter just to be a number when you can go here and actually feel like a customer."
