"Drove 20 minutes for scheduled appointment and Barber wasn’t there. Received zero emails, text messages and/or phone calls to reschedule. If I was a no show and/or cancelled with less than 5 hours noticed I would be charged. (Per the policy listed on their website). I would have been understanding if I would have received some sort of communication but this was completely unprofessional."

"I got home and had to cut my hair again (in one patch) myself. I’ve had, much, better haircuts in a mall. The ambiance doesn’t match any “Den Barbershop” expectations. Nice lady cutting my hair, who brought her father along for the appointment... I’ve tried several other “cool” barbers in KC and they all provided better haircuts and, arguably, a more enjoyable experience. Can’t recommend. Won’t return."
