"I don't to "gas stations" very often. I typically fuel my car at Sam's Club and avoid convenience stores (bc I will spend all my money lol). This day I was going to get a friend and they asked if I could bring them a soda. My first thought was "gotta find a QT". They have a reputation for clean stores, friendly employees, large drink selections and good prices. All of that held up on my visit here. Now to be clear, I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I walked in, found the drinks, all sizes clearly labeled. Filled up a drink for friend and easily found the matching lid and extra long straw. EVERYTHING in the drink area was spotlessly clean and well organized. Checkout was a breeze, the employee was quick and friendly even as they waited on me to count out change. Oh - I had to peep the roller bar before I left. THAT is my fave part of convenience stores. There's was well filled and very tempting! I would absolutely return here!"

"[Edit one year later, 10/14/22] Still same issue with pumps inconsistency to reads cards. Dropping from two stars to one. I've used the same card all three ways (tap, chip and mag strip) multiple times (up to 10 tries with pause in between) and clearing as for a new transaction, trying two debit and three credit cards. In all, about 40 attempts before success. They claim it is because of more stringent fraud protection. Quick in and out experience with competitive prices. Only downside is card readers at the pump seldom read card and you must go inside before pumping gas. This is the reason for low score."

"I don't know who was working this morning May 4th 2021 at 4:30 AM, but she was the rudest most unprofessional QT employee I've ever encountered. I stop here every morning, to get what I need for my workday, and usually have a good experience, but this morning was the rare exception. Not only was the employee backed into the handicapped spot in the front of the store, but when I said good morning to her, all I got was a blank stare and no response. Definitely not handicapped, we'll maybe socially...When I had gathered everything I needed, and paid for my purchase, I said have a good day and was met with the same blank stare and look of disgust. I understand it's early in the morning but every employee but her returns my salutation with at least a hello."

"When in for a bathroom break and to get a can of chew ...the lady seemed more concerned about stocking then being friendly ...not even a smile ... I can go to 711 for that service ... Friendly service with a smile use to be your norm ...oh well circle k has nice people !"
