"When you try to buy gas at this location, you never know if the pumps will accept a credit card transaction - sometimes yes but sometimes no. Wednesday morning (11/1/23) I had this same problem yet again at 2 different pumps; the manager was quite rude & hateful when I went inside to inquire about it. She instantly tried to blame me! Then when I pointed out I had followed the pump "instructions" exactly, she instantly changed & tried to blame it on my bank! She didn't want to hear/like hearing I could document the problem was NOT with my bank. I went back about 9 hours later & tried a third pump but was met with the same problem. I went inside; the man on duty was very apologetic & informed me that although the problem with their system had been reported a few days earlier, they had no information as to when it might get fixed. The only solution he could offer was for me to guess what my purchase might cost, pay that in advance, & then wait for any overpayment to be refunded. Not only should the pump POS be updated/fixed, but store personnel need to know what is going on & definitely IMPROVE their attitude! This is not the only gas station in town."

"I generally get first class treatment at Rapid Roberts. I am a part of the loyalty program and stay within the Conoco family when I travel. Occasionally, there are equipment failures, and apparently there’s nothing to be done in that situation. Not a big deal, but I do think that honoring awards is what breeds loyalty. I would recommend that is being standard practice."

"I use this gas station a lot just because it is close to my work I almost always use the pay at pump very rarely do I ever go inside. Well today was a rare occasion it's cold out and I wanted some coffee and needed gas. Well the coffee area was dirty like sticky counter tops . That's when noticed the lack of sugar choices it's either the pink sweater or just regular sugar. I can't have regular sugar so I tried the pink and just like before it's gross so I just ended up getting gas and headed over to kum n go because they have a better selection for their coffee."

"This store is the closest to my house so I try to give them my business......but not after today! I was the only customer in the store just now and I handed my lottery tickets to the clerk to check for me. She asked me if the scanner wasn't working and I told her I didn't even try it cuz I wasn't aware of where it was. She continued to check my tickets and made the statement that normally she doesn't mind but that she doesn't work for the lottery! I'm sorry I took 2 minutes out of her day but pretty sure I won't be in there again."
