"This store is setup all wrong for convenience. No room for a line to form, and only one register for checking out lotto. The inside register which everyone gravitates towards is the only one for lotto. The dark haired female working 10/20/2018 945am needs to drink an energy drink so she can try and keep up. Terrible set up."
"Their corporate business manager has very poor customer service. Called to discuss an issue with the store and Steve Makski wouldn't listen to what I had to say and actually hung up on me. I called back and tried talking to him about my concerns. He just simply didn't care! It wasn't his problem. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stop and shop there. If corporate won't listen to a concern from a customer it's a problem. It explains why there is such bad customer service there. I can only imagine how they treat their employees, guess that's why they are always hiring. Don't shop there. Support a business that will listen to concerns and not hang up on their customers. I thought that was highschool stuff but that's how grown adults act there. I would highly recommend shopping somewhere else."
