Established in 1985 by the Naegler brothers, Fast n' Friendly has grown to thirteen locations in southwest Missouri. Our mission is to provide the people of the Ozarks with the products they need to stay on the go. Come visit any of our locations today to experience the Fast n' Friendly difference.

"I'd like to know the corporate offices number, as well as the lady employee working at midnight a the Kansas and 44 locations name. She blatantly was rude to me for absolutely no reason, other customers noticed, she was very hostile. I'd ask the corporate offce to please review their video footage,and I pray that it's audible as well. I am a loyal fast n friendly customer for at least 10 years, and have NEVER disrespected the store or emoloyees, it was ultimately highly offensive. I hope the cameras are reviewed. I will be speaking with the manager at the local (to my residence) and inquiring."
"Extremely offensive rap music blaring. And the cashiers working while I was there were snotty and rude. Lose the attitude."
"Stopped by was going to get a few things but had to pee the clerk told me the bathroom was closed it was about 1045 pm if your going to close bathrooms at that time you shouldn't be open at that time . That's not friendly and if for safety reason then shut down the slot machines or hire security"
"Most of the employees that work overnights are So Rude & Disrespectful,They don't smile or greet their customers,They are all so hateful, Could really use alot of work in the customer service department, They treat customers as if they were a nuisance & act as tho the customer is annoying them for simply paying for gas or buying something from the store,The overnight employees could really use some extra training in customer service, Overnight employees definitely aren't fast & the total opposite of friendly!!"
