"To be clear, most of the staff here is very nice. However, the manager, Lori, not so much. Absolutely the rudest woman! Not only did she act like we were inconveniencing her, she pretty much told us she didn't want to help us. She spoke extremely hatefully. I could understand more if they had been busy, and she was harassed, but there were literally 5 people scattered through the store and she was asked a very simple question. I got the impression she felt it was beneath her to have to wait on a customer. She seemed very intent to get back to the back room."

However, they do have an eye-opening array of things to stimulate ideas for crafting projects. Very nice staff gave me deep discounts even before the holiday season began."
