"Would not recommend this place. Took our zero turn cub cadet in to have a spindle replaced. Mower was working fine, but spindle starting to make noise. Mower had been working great and no other problems with it. We told them to also do oil change and tune up while it was there. Charged us $700 for that. We thought was pretty pricy, but paid it and brought mower home. Two days later my husband mowed for about half an hour and mower suddenly stopped. Put gas in and checked oil. No oil in mower! Put in 1 1/2 quarts oil and still did not show any oil on the dipstick. Took mower back to Crown and they said need new engine for $2000! Said they put oil in and must have leaked out due to a bad head gasket. There was no oil leaked out on mower, trailer or garage floor. They won't admit they did not put oil in, causing engine to quit! What a rip off place! Now we are out a mower, just because of their negligence and they don't have the decency to stand up to their error and make it right!"
