"They refused to let my wife test the coffee to see if it might need more simple sugar shots. They force you to make the decision beforehand. and cannot be added after it's finished. Crazy policy! We had decided to go someplace else. Maybe their coffee is good. I don't know. Their policy is garbage! P.S. We have not had any issue with making adjustments at other coffee shops. We don't mind paying for extra simple syrup shots. We only want to get it right."
"Needed to use the restroom was at the barber next door. Asked to use the restroom an was denied for the simple fact I wasn't a customer. For one that's a big turn off on a business. Would never shop here an don't recommend to nobody... restroom is an emergency."
