"Everyone was extremely helpful during each step of the process. My biggest problem was that I have trouble visualizing designs and colors from a phone or computer screen. Even with that the final product came out great. People keep coming up to me when I get gas or park anywhere to tell me how cool the van is. They provide a lot of material to answer questions as well as respond quickly if I have other questions not in the included material."

"I LOVE my van! I purchased a DO in October 2022 and I don’t regret it. After checking the weekly emails from VanDOit I finally decided to pursue purchasing a used van from them. The process was seamless, I traded in my Jeep and had my van within a month. They were so easy to work with. My favorite thing about this company is their customer service doesn’t end after you drive away. They have an online portal with videos and you can submit tickets if you have any issues. As a solo van lifer this is amazing. I started a custom van process with VanDOit back in 2020 but had to pull out of the deal because of COVID. They were so happy to have me back. "Amazing product and worth the wait! The attention to detail and build quality is unsurpassed. We picked up our van at their awesome facility and spent the day there learning about our van in a very detailed delivery process. Every component they've chosen to work with is top notch, they make everything very user friendly, and they are just wonderful people to deal with. It really feels as if they've thought of everything. After delivery we spent 3 days and 1600 miles in our van getting it home. There were absolutely no issues, no rattles, no noises, etc. Everything worked flawlessly and exceeded expectations. We traveled in areas with overnight lows in the low 20s and never went below 77% battery overnight. Super impressive. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend learning more about Vandoit if you're in the market for this type of vehicle. Do your research and you will see that they are a clear choice."
