"Worst haircut ever. My son looks like he has the worst military cut. It took them an hour to butcher his hair when elsewhere I’ve taken him it’s taken them 20 minutes for a precision cut. Do not waste your time or money. Really nice people though."
"I received a bad haircut. It was a terrible fade. I didn't notice how bad it was until I got home as The Stylist did not wash my hair afterwards because she had to leave. I went back up to get my hair corrected I was told I was going to be charged for another full haircut. I was also informed that the person that cut my hair no longer works there and I was overcharged. I will go to scissors and scotch and have them correct what they would not. And they will get my business."
"Michelle and Tasha were both wonderful people and workers. I recieved a perfect quality haircut when I went in with very friendly service. The afternoon I visted there were two individuals who came into the store demanding haircuts when the staff were finishing up for the day with their last services and preparing for close, not to mention their online service had already told the customers there was no availability. Both of these workers did their best at alerting them both that they were sorry but unable to deal with their rude service given the circumstances, and the two workers were very respectable about the whole situation."
