DOCTOR NOVA:

"Wasn't thrilled that I walked to the opposite side of the landing only to have the clerk refuse to look at me. Granted they were only open 5 more minutes, however I could see from the window the shoes I wanted. I would have bought them and inserts , as I had been looking at previous store and didn't find what I wanted . I know the clerks have lives ,but this whole " I'm closing 5 minutes early " thing is getting irritating in our society. Guess you didn't want to sell me those shoes. Fine. I'll find them elsewhere. On principle. I don't want to have to be there 5 minutes sooner. Just like you wanted to close 5 minutes early."

"I purchased a pair of Vans for my daughter at the Famous Footwear located in the outlet mall. Got them to her and they were too small. The outlet mall was closed so I returned the shoes to this location. The staff was extremely helpful in finding the right size and the exchange was a breeze !"
