"This is my top Schnuck's location! They always have what I need, and the store personnel are very friendly and helpful."
"This is the 3rd time I've put my items back and walked out of the store. This new no cash at the self checkout policy is not good for the customer. Several of us use cash to budget and enjoy popping in and grabbing a quick couple items for lunch. This doesn't happen now with the removal of the cash payment option at self checkout. You usually only have 2 registers open and the line is 10.to 12 people deep! I've seen people just abandon their items and walk out. I've seen disgruntled shoppers waiting in that line getting madder and madder. This was a horrible choice Schnucks You are definitely no longer the friendliest stores in town."
"Not fond of the automated check out. I stopped specifically to get $20 for parking later in the day. I picked up a few items. I proceeded to self checkout as the other checkout had a long line. I scanned my items, then asked the clerk how to get the cash back. She proceeded to the payment screen and told me to go to the ATM. I needed assistance so requested the manager. When the manager arrived we had almost completed the transaction he asked if I was ok paying $3. I said no. So he said, I could go to the customer support and write a check. When I got to that customer support person, they said I would have to return some of the groceries and repurchase them. I was about in tears of frustration! Additionally I wanted fresh spinach and was told by a clerk they had none in the produce department. However I did find some in a refrigerator case with door. When I went to enter Schnuck’s I went to the wrong side of the building. It said employees only, yet I did not see any signage indicating what side the entrance was on that is visible from the parking lot. Not a positive experience."
"good schnucks with free curbside pickup available. they got topsoil and mulch available as well as the normal groceries. prices on sale items are decent, but some of the other things like dairy may be higher they do carry some local cheeses which are nice"
