"I was waiting to get a haircut when I saw the hairstyle Dorothy freak out, start yelling at a customer and demand they leave the store after paying for a haircut they were not happy with. The customer a child around 10-12 years old got his hair cut and his father asked Dorothy to fix an area on his sons haircut. She started raising her voice while the father stayed calm and never raised his voice. He mentioned he had been coming to this location for quite a few years and simply wanted something on his sons head to be touched up before they left. Dorothy was very unprofessional and made me want to leave and definitely didn’t want her to cut my hair since I was next. The man nicely asked for the manager who was next to Dorothy who also proceeded to kick the father and son out. Great clips has a sign up saying be respectful as we navigate these difficult times but they did not give the same respect to the customers. They also had a rap station on that was dropping profanity that was not appropriate for a business that has children in it. I proceeded to get my hair cut unfortunately by Dorothy. I should have left when they kicked the father and son out because she proceeded to cut my hair the way I asked her not to. Will be finding somewhere else to get a hair cut from now on."

"This is the second time I've gotten a shotty haircut from the same person. (It's the black lady for whoever owns this place). Maybe she remembers my complaint from the last time she cut my hair, maybe she just has zero talent, or lacks knowledge of what a faux hawk is supposed to look like but both times I ask for a faux hawk and both times I don't get a faux hawk. Last time I basically got a flat top except I'm blonde and white so I left the shop looking like sideshow Bob without bangs or hair on the sides and the back, this time the cut is at least possible for me to show my face in public, but absolutely not a faux hawk, there is no way to style it into the spike, if possible I will share pics. They somehow managed to fix it the last time by meticulously blending for like a half hour, but honestly I don't have time to drive to a place twice for a haircut and besides for that when I came in to have it fixed the first time she was extremely rude and passive aggressive while her coworker managed to undo a nightmare. This time you just lose a customer. I always tip handsomely too. The other lady does a great job and cut my hair once between today and the previous occasion when she fixed the other lady's cut and it was spot on."
