"Always busy since on campus and always understaffed. They staff that are working possess no sense of urgency. They all move as if a molasses bomb exploded in the middle of their workspace. I'm starting to wonder if there is a distortion in space time and time moves slower there. Perhaps they hire people that are direct descendants of the giant sloth"
