"Jimmy John’s no longer freaky fast. I placed an online order at 11:36am. Get a notification at 12:04pm that it is on the way. Didn’t get my food until 12:30pm. Ridiculous. And the sandwich didn’t even taste very good. Disappointed."
"Absolutely ridiculous when you place an online order for curbside pickup at for a 12:15 pickup (arrived at 12:10 and checked in on the app) and it’s 12:46 before we found out our order was placed on the rack at that point the food was soggy and disgusting and when we asked about the wait time the staff at the front just said we didn’t want to bring it outside. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. Waiting that long for soggy bread after we sat and waited and they could see us parked in the curbside park. This is unacceptable! I don't recommend."
"Might be able to give 4 stars if it was a little faster. Jimmy Johns used to be freaky fast. They would have your sando made before you finished paying. Not the case anymore. But it did taste good and the staff was friendly."
