"McElroy is one of those places that just checks all the boxes. If you call, a person answers the phone and is able to start helping you with your order, no waiting on hold. They stock what they sell and most of my orders have been same day. If you order a standing seam roof or wall panels they give you a date it will be ready when they say. The pick-up is super efficient with thier drive-thru warehouse. Pull in, they load you with a forklift and you're back on the road. It's worth mentioning the staff. The woman in the office Tiffany is always a joy. I swear she has the stock memorized and is super personable. She has always taken the time to make me feel welcome and glad I'm doing business with them. She asks about my family and how things are in my world And just gives off a great aura. Al in the warehouse is super efficient when loading you. He knows where things are and doesn't miss a step. Trucks and trailers aren't cheap so it's nice to have a professional on the forklift. Any business that is able to get and keep employees like Tiffany and Al must be doing something right. It says alot. My business is empowered with a supplier like McElroy in my corner."
