"I got my hair relaxed today by MJ. When I arrived my hair was a thick hot mess. When I left it was straight flowing and blowing in the wind lol. I gave 5 stars due to my stylist. The price for a blow dry is ridiculous. That part was a first and last. I was highly satisfied with my stylist and my hair!!!"

"My hair is so chopped. Not even on both sides. A big chunk missing from the side of my head. My bangs are way to short. She didn't even do what I showed her in the picture of me that I had. Took 2 hours for a wash dry and cut all for $60. Definitely not happy. I remembered why I never go there any more! She didn't even ask what I wanted with my bangs jus started chopping. I can't remember the name of the lady."

"Update: After years I will never be back. First time I have left a salon crying. If you are female and have short hair watch who you use there. I have no doubt the lady messed my hair up on purpose. She made rude comments and was clearly uncomfortable doing my hair she should have just been honest and not messed it up. I'm not picking at all. It's just hair but I was humiliated. She was a senior stylist. I didn't ask for money back, this isn't about that. I waited a long while to even write this. I just don't want anyone else leaving in tears because you have an untraditional hair cut. They did great when my hair was traditional. Consistently amazing. In all my years here I've only had one cut I didn't like. I tried somewhere new today just for something different I left and went back to here. They did a great job as always."

"Great stylist. A little pricey but you generally get what you pay for. I believe the price for a woman's hair cut is competitive. But a man's haircut shouldn't be over 10 or 12 dollars. If you can have it done in ten minutes. This is just me thinking out loud but wanting $18 a cut, which gets done in 10 min. $100/hr roughly. Now I'm more than willing to pay a stylist my hourly wage equivalent or a lil more (a lil more). But me taking myself and 2 young boys here and it costing $54 dollars is ridiculous. And then they expect a tip. What has happened is they have priced their selves out of my business. And I'm sure it's not just myself. My grandfather always told me a fast nickel is better than a slow dime. We would be back every month for a trim if it was a little bit more reasonable. Also, I think a reward for coming in monthly or a family plan would be appropriate. How much more business would they have if they had all the father's bringing their children in? Just a thought. In the spirit of fairness this is not limited to here. Trying to take yourself and children out for a trim is pricey no matter where you go. Except a limited number of owner operator salons."
