"I went to Tassy to get highlights and a cut last week for my very first time, the highlights were awful, the cut was noticeably uneven & she let me leave with wet hair… I had showed her exactly what I wanted and she said she’ll be able to do that… not at all! super disappointed with how it turned out. The only thing she offered was to come back a different day and she would charge me $50 to redo it. after paying $125. I ended up having to go to a different salon because nothing felt right about how she handled it. Tassy was more concerned with her phone the whole time than showing any hospitality towards me as client. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!"

"Went in for a trim. I have naturally curly hair! I had asked before I went in that I needed an experienced hair stylist for curly hair. I stressed how important this was! My hair was past the middle of my back! When I left it was to my shoulders! I was literally in tears. They over charged us! Was supposed to be 27$ ended up 36$ for a hair cut I was very upset about. Their products are cheap! This was the worse experience that I have ever had w my hair! Do not go here! If I could of rated them zero I would have!"
