Dollar General

"Truly and honestly, I've never technically had a bad experience with dollar generals in between Grove. And Jay, they are great amazing people that work there. My only reason that they lost one star is because the last 2 times going out there have been people having their kids go up and asking people about selling sandwiches or tacos. Or something from the back of their van and. I just don't like things like that. So it's not Dollar General that lost the stars. Technically, something that they let happen is the reason they lost the star ⭐️"

"Used to be dollar general was a reliable trusted place to shop . Not anymore .Even if you keep your receipt they don't honor it. They won't refund your money. Very disappointing."

"I rewritten this review because they cleaned up the store and reorganized! If you want to read it . It is on the bottom of this review! Dollar Generals are just to crammed packed! I want to shop but I keep bouncing into stuff piled every where. In Jay OK the store is quite horrible. It is a fire hazard! I normally would not complain but when I said something to one of the workers she was quite rude and told me she liked it. I could not push a cart through the store. I had to carry everything. I love to look at all the stuff but I do believe they need a bigger store. Same lady was rude one night and started telling me you have to leave. I want to be out of here before ten. They close at ten and it was 9:30 my son was so mad they told us to hurry they want to leave my receipt showed 9:50 and they locked the doors. My son says he will not set foot back into that store. Jay store had an over due rearrangement! I like it! It's about time! They have some really nice home interior items! Since the have had their redo I have bought WAY more! The ladies are trying really hard to keep it from pulling up. Good job ladies! No more knocking down rows of boxes! Before I would spend my time picking up stuff the cart knocked down or my skirt would get hung up on! By the time I left was irritated! But with their cleaned up store and their digital coupons, I come in all the time! Thank you Dollar General for making shopping fun again!"

"It was awful we had a long line waiting 15mimutes to checo out then out purchase got messed up by the register&cashier cldnt figure it out&so got assistant manager to try&she had to go get the manager lady so it took over an hour straight just for us to get 75$worth of groceries checked out&after she tried to come&fix it which took almost 45minutes&then they over charged us. To fix THT took another 15 minutes&then they dnt hand us r ice cream so i'd to go back in &get it which was still in bag on round sack deal &cashier wasn't even at register needless to say when we drove 7minutes home&got out of truck into house it was completely melted&running out containers so THTS 11bucks wasted on top of it also so we r not pleased with the store at all!!!"
