"Wow, !!!! I have done a lot of business with Quarles but the first time I needed my skid steer, bought new from them, worked on they told me it was under warranty just to bring it in so I did and ask them to service it for the 250 hour service(very low hours for a skid steer ) . However when it was done they informed me that it was not under warranty and it was going to cost me over $3000 and to get the oil changed was almost another thousand dollars. (Ridiculously high). They admitted they messed up on the warranty, but had no interest in making it fair. The injectors on my skid steer failed. Kubota has been replacing them under warranty only if they fail and admitted they were flawed from the factory, but refused to replace mine even at such low hours because it was a couple of months out of warranty. This should have been a recall, which day did not do. Don’t let the small town dealer façade fool you."

"Service was slow, dining room was cold, when my food came out I had to warm my hands on my ice water glass just to thaw my fingers out to hold my fork, food seemed hot but it cold of been due the the cold dining room, a look around the place and everyone was still wearing thier coats. Food was good though. Outside temperature was 30° maybe next time I'll bring a thermometer along with my timer."
