"It’s bout time I make a review cuz nawh I KNOW THEY DID THIS ON PURPOSE AND I KNOW THEY KNOW. The lady who did my brows really did me wrong, AS YOU CAN SEE THE PIC COLLAGE! She was just goin rough and too fast, I knew I shouldn’t have gotten mine done after seeing the outcome of my sister in law and friends. They didn’t take their time on us. This was my 3rd time coming here to get my eyebrows waxed. The first time I came in, the lady who did my brows did a good job. The 2nd time, they turned out alright. But today nawhh I’ve never had my eyebrows looking like this!! The way she was just standing there staring holding the mirror when she was done, knowing she done f’up gmfu. I really don’t get why or how this even happened, makes no sense. She was quiet the whole time doing her, and she couldn’t even see like what?! RIGHT BEFORE SHE STARTED SHE ASKED TO MAKE SURE IF I JUST WANTED THEM CLEANED, I SAID YES. THIS AIN NO “CLEANING” $35 right to waste, horrible experience, NEVER coming back. Hope you guys see this and see what y’all did."

"Boyfriend went in and got a cut and I know I am not a hairstyle but I do have eyes not sure how the stylist got a license or if she was messing up on purpose because it was closes to closing time. Not good at all."

"We took our 3 great-grandsons, ages 2, 4 and 6 in for hair cuts. This was the 2 year olds first haircut. Three of the beauticians had openings. It was truly a blessing, getting all three in at the same time. They were wonderful! Whitney was especially patient with the 2 year old. Thanks to all three ladies!"

"If it was just based on the outcome of my haircut, I probably would have given a 3 star rating. However, the way I was treated was ridiculous. When I called, the receptionist was super sweet and said I could get my requested shampoo and haircut in thirty minutes. I arrived on time, and got assigned my stylist quickly, but when I mentioned the shampoo to her, she said she'd rather just straighten me hair. So I didn't get the wash I wanted. Then, she combed out my hair and said it was too long to cut while I was sitting. SHE MADE ME STAND UP SO SHE COULD CUT MY HAIR. My entire back is now covered in hair because the salon bibs don't cover backs (that's what the chair is for!!) Then she said I could door back down for her to do the layering and the whole time she was combing and cutting my hair, she wasn't looking at what she was doing! She was heavily eavesdropping on the client next to me and my stylist kept staring at this client. I would have appreciated hey looking at what she was cutting off of my hair. The layering is uneven and my bangs are shorter than I requested. I will never be back."
