"I took my granddaughter(4) to get a mani/pedi, I asked her to do the gel polish so it would last longer. She spends a lot of time in the pool and the regular comes off, which she doesn't like. The young girl questioned me several times about wanting the gel, she was rude, only spoke when she needed to give my granddaughter instructions. My daughter and I also noticed they all treated the people of color different. I don't recommend them. And the only reason I took her there because the place I use doesn't have a child size pedicure chair!! Only giving 2 stars because of the chair and my granddaughter likes her nail color."
"I have been here several times. I'm usually happy with my experience. However last night my daughter and I got our nails done, tips and nail dip. Hers look very good. However the lady that did mine did a terrible job. They are too thick, lumpy, crooked, and she really tore up my cuticles. If you go here to Karen elson ask for one of the ladies on either end of the row, they are both very good."
