"Store manager was profoundly inconsiderate by accepting my reservation for rental equipment, and not informing me of special thanksgiving hours. I drove 120 miles to pick up my rental equipment to work on my wood floor over a weekend, and found the store had closed three hours early. I had introduced myself to the manager, and explained my purpose in renting the equipment. Astoundingly, I was not shown the consideration of being informed of the early closing this particular day. This store appears to be well-stocked and competitive, but I will not patronize any store that shows such disregard for its customers."
