"I normally go to Lisa and she is perfect But last minute I needed my hair done, and I went to Christie. Worst mistake I’ve ever made. She completely botched my hair. There’s orange streaks, blue streaks, and an orange copper tone on the very top after she highlighted my hair. I’ve never had a worse experience. She then continued to gaslight me and say it’s supposed to look the way it looks when I know Lisa has done it perfectly with no mistakes. Christie rushed through the appointment, pulled so much hair out and even cut a piece of my hair because she didn’t want to take the time to get the knot out. She was very rude towards me after I expressed this was not what I asked for. Please, whatever you do, don’t go to her she will ruin your hair!"

"I scheduled for shampoo, cut and style and when I arrived I was told she didn’t have time for a style as I had a special event that day. I asked for layers which were very uneven. She tried to style which I just wanted in simple curls. She used a round brush and blow dryer and just gave the ends a slight curl leaving the top very frizzy. When I pointed it out she used her fingers on already dried hair to give it more curl. Just seemed unable to do basic hairstyling techniques and had limited tools (only saw a hair dryer and small flat iron at her station)."

"I tend to just go with whoever is available when I need my hair cut, and they've all done a good job. Definitely better than Great Clips or something. They're all nice, and they're great with my six year old daughter. I believe they have a deal on kids cuts on Tuesday, but you might want to double check me on that. Everyone I've been to has been a solid, skilled stylist. They keep (kept? They didn't have any last time) some toys and have a big chalk board for kids to draw on, too."
