"The middle age lady that has short hair with glasses was VERY unprofessional and made me feel discriminated. If I could give this place 0 stars I would but 1 star is lowest I can give. Today I went to get a haircut at this place. When I showed her a picture of a haircut that I wanted, she told me that she wasn’t stupid. She also did not cut my hair properly. When I went to pay, she was demanding a tip. I decided not to give her a tip because she was very rude and did not cut my hair well. I remained calm the whole time I was talking to her but she told me to never come back to this place again. She also told me “you guys never tip” which I took as a racist comment because I’m sure she was referring to my ethnicity. I was very disappointed with the customer service, I always come here for a haircut but I will be taking my business somewhere else. I would suggest hiring staff that is respectful to their customers and that has manners."

"The women in the store were judging us the minute we walked through the door. They acted as though we weren't good enough to get a hair cut there and could tell they were talking about us to other regular customers. After telling us it would be an hour and letting us sit 45 minutes they came and said they didn't feel comfortable cutting my son's hair because he has an asthmatic cough. By far the rudest I've ever been treated in a place ever, and I could tell walking through the door it was going to be a negative experience. The women were so rude and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!"
