"If zero stars was an option.... My goodness. Where do I begin? I actually cannot believe how badly I was treated. I came in on a Tuesday morning. I figured if I were the only customer, that I would get treated with respect. I was incorrect. The woman went as fast as she could.... Like there was a line a round the building and she was the only nail tech. It was crazy. She was so rough. She didn'tnt even let me put my feet in the water, let alone soak them. I requested a signature pedicure for $37 and she was adamant that I get the deluxe for $47 instead. I agreed. Still, she rushed and was so rough. I requested a mani/pedi. She didn'tnt even file my nails. She just buffed them. Also, no clear polish that I requested. She was so rough with my feet that my toes are sore. I mean red, swollen, and SORE. The polish looks like a ten year old painted it on. Some nails were barely painted. Others had polish all over the skin. When I left, my heels were dry and cracked still. Just unbelievable. And she charged me $70. I had already had a bad first experience here, and decided to give it another chance. Boy, was I wrong. I hope to find another salon that treats me with respect. Thank you."

"Got a pedicure the other day, service was terrible. Waited in the chairs for 15 minutes before getting the water turned on, which was cold. After adjusting the temperature slightly, another 15 minutes before the lady even came over and worked on me. Sped through the service, didn't cut or file my nails, just got straight to painting! Only did one coat of polish, no top coat, nail polish was left on my skin around the nails and had to go home and fix it. A serious lack of professionalism here, and no pride in the work they execute. I gave this place many chances, they fail each time. I only come when it's on someone else's dime, cuz they would never get a drop of my personal money."

"Went there a few days ago for the first time. first off they opened 10 mins late which I was okay with because we all have those days but then when the lady rooms me back she rushed through my service so fast that from start to finish it was 21 mins. Now if they were decent looking and of good quality I would be ok with the quickness but they are awful. The acrylic isn’t even .. and doesn’t cover my whole nail. There are bubbles under it. Just awful."

"Went to them and had Ali as my nail tech. She has been doing this for 35 years! She did and amazing job, my nails look natural and so perfect! Ali and her co-workers were so friendly and welcoming! I am definitely a customer that will continue to use them!! ❤"

"I went with my mother and we both asked for a deluxe pedicure. This place isn't worth even considering. I get pedis on average every 3 weeks, but tried this place because we were out that way. They tried to fly through the $45 service. Once I was done I was feeling/checking my heels and foot. The lady that worked on my mom said, "you get pedicure once a month it'll be better." Mind you they didn't even remove the clear polish I had previously on my toes and just painted over. So while I was waiting for my mom to finish up I had another woman come and take a look. She tried the same excuse as the woman before and then she told me she wasn't suppose to use a razor, but she would fix with one. Basically it was horrible and they really do try to tell their customers that they are wrong. Don't waste your time. Oh and I posted pictures of what my feet looked like afterwards and my toes under the UV light showing where the left the old polish on."
