"Went in for a couples massage with my wife. We were greeted immediately, and offered a selection of drinks. Once our intake forms were filled out we were escorted to a waiting area with what I would consider some of the comfiest couches I've ever sat on. Jeff and Alex then greeted us, and made us feel comfortable by asking questions about what we were looking to achieve today. I'm not going to lie, Alex made me feel so comfortable that I was in and out and I'm sure he heard my snoring. He focused on the hot spots I mentioned and alleviated years of stress in under 2 hours. 5 star experience all the way around from check in to check out. Cannot recommend enough."

"Wonderful experience. Easy to park, friendly staff, clean and inviting. Facial was the best I’ve ever had and Chauncie was very warm, calm and relaxing. The mask was amazing! Followed with a hand and arm rub which i so needed but did not expect!. Overall i would give it 10 stars and will be back next month!"

"Visited this spa for massages with friends. We appreciated they could accommodate 4 of us for last minute appointments on a Saturday. However, while our experience was friendly (front desk staff and massage therapists) - our actual massages were very strange and not very relaxing. All 4 of us received a very pressure point only massage? We were surprised by this and had hoped for more traditional massages. The therapists for all four of us seemed to just do a lot of pressing and not much massaging. It was very disappointing."

"This was my first professional massage after 20 years of active service so needless to say I was way overdue. I don’t have any other experience to relate it to but I don’t think I need to bother. The place is very soothing and the massage itself was life changing. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to leave feeling exactly how you think you should. "For the holidays, I took myself and my daughter for a standard 60 Minute massage and a pedicure. Both services were world class! The masseuse asked a lot of good questions and then performed based on the answers that I gave. I've had a lot of massages but this person really listened and I appreciated that. The ladies that gave me and my daughter a pedicure were thorough and did good work. They were also a joy to talk with. This was my second time at Spa on Penn. I highly recommend the place as I've had consistent service both visits about a year apart."
