"Terrible experience. I had a very mean and unprofessional nail tech doing my nails. I went on my birthday and he did not give me the 10% off they offered me through text for my birthday. I paid $60 for a set of nails that I absolutely hated and didn’t get what I wanted whatsoever. The nail tech was very rough with my hands and hurt me a lot with the drill, he left paint all over my fingers, and he kept scoffing and sighing the whole time I was there. I do NOT recommend going here, you will not have a relaxing and fun time. I will never go back here to get my nails done."

"I hadn't gotten my nails done in probably 20 years, so I was nervous about my appointment. Louis was super friendly and did amazing work in no time at all. This was a great first experience at this salon!"

"My nails have been red for Chiefs Kingdom since the season began. Time for a little fun before the Royals get started! Staff is always friendly! Highly recommend!"

"My friend and I made an appointment to get manicures and pedicures. When we got there, we had to wait awhile but the staff apologized. When they started on our nails, they were about 30 minutes from closing time, but we never felt rushed and they took the time to make sure we were satisfied with everything. When they finished it was 1.5 hours past closing and they still had other customers waiting. I love my nails and have no complaints. This will be the place I go to from now on. Very impressed!"

"I really wanted to like this place but my experience made it difficult. My nail tech, Louis, was somewhat nice at the beginning but he complained about the style I wanted done. He was VERY rough with my nails and there were several times where I was holding my breath, trying not to cry out in pain from how much he was jerking me around. He filed my cuticle and I bled; He wasn't wearing gloves but dabbed my blood away with his bare hands. The entire time i was there, Louis and the other nail techs were all doing some sort of online betting, which wouldn't normally bother me, but they were so invested in it that it distracted him from noticing that one of my nails had been applied crooked. He kept telling me about the store's Facebook and insisted that I leave a review. I don't use Facebook that much but I'm happy to leave an honest review here on Google. They were originally very pretty, I'll give them that. But I paid $100 for these nails and that admittedly subpar service, only for them to crack two days after having them done. Looking online, it'll probably cost me at least another $50 to have them fixed and refilled. I probably won't go back, to be honest."
