"Giving a 2 star because I was in the store last week and there were 3 lady's working and asked where the hair spay was,the lady at register was fanning herself and without missing a beat said it should be down there. Did not bother to look or show me."
"I usually love My Sally's. My last trip, not so much. Ever product I use was not in stock. Three sales people, not one would help sister. To the corporte office, why have a store, if you never have product?"
"Even though I have lived up north for a while, I have never stopped in this Sally's. It is smaller than some stores but I went in to look and was very pleasantly surprised. They had a great selection of hair and other make up items. While some items were pricey, others were very reasonable and I did not walk out empty handed. I made note of future must have's and will definitely be back. This store beats many other beauty supply stores and I will definitely be back! Nice staff too!! Five STARS! :)"
"After visiting several stores with literally zero employee interactions I stopped by as a last ditch effort to find a product. I was immediately greeted by Claire upon entering the store. She asked if I needed assistance and, finally, an employee willing to help! I told her my needs and she was honest about it being a little out of her expertise. Still, she took me down the aisle and went over a few products with me. I made my purchase and was happy to have met her. Hopefully this product works out for me, but kudos to Claire for being so great!"
"I was in with my trans daughter to buy hair dye, the older woman with pink hair, Edith, kept referring to her as a boy, even when corrected, and even said "or whatever" after I corrected her. Even aside from this was just very rude and dismissive when she was helping us. While checking us two out she called the young man who was working with her "she" and then rolled her eyes at me when he corrected her. It makes me very sad as my daughter loves doing her hair all sorts of colors and other employees at this same store are very kind and respectful"
