"Went at 5:00 pm to get my 2 kids and my haircut. Sign posted said they were open until 6:30. I walked in and saw 2 staff working currently doing haircuts but no waiting. I was asked how may haircuts and I said 3. I was told they couldnt do it cause they were closing at 5:30 for an emergency… don’t believe it as other people have been told the same. I’m a guy and it takes 10 mins to cut my hair and my kids since we have short hair. I think the customer service is poor and their not dependable which is sad cause there is only a few places to get haircuts in Smithville. Just a poorly staffed business."
