"My daughter had an appointment with several of her friends to get their nails done for homecoming. The shop took walk-ins and canceled my daughter and her friends' appointments. My daughter and her friends were not late for their appointment. In fact they were 10 mins early for their appointment time. Why bother making appointments if walk-ins will get service and the appointments canceled?"
