"I saw Amanda and I did not have a great experience. The cut seemed ok but it needed some fixing, which she refused to do. She did give me my money back, which I did not ask for, so she is honest. It literally would have been a five minute fix, but she would not have it. She blamed me for the cut - saying I had gray and the texture of my hair was the problem (um what) and that I did not style - which is funny - because when I went in she had her hair in a greasy pony tail and no make up, etc. But ok. Then some person for the owner called and went through some diatribe with me and then said she didn't know who Amanda was after about 30 minutes - the most giant waste of my time ever. I just took my refund and have found a friendly stylist who is very clever and can cut all hair styles regardless of age and regardless if someone has grays. Maybe only really young people should go here...."

"I saw Amanda (Hair Beauty KC, LLC) and was blown away by how amazing she is! I needed a cut and color, and she was very thorough in explaining what she was doing to my hair and why during the coloring process. She also gave me great advice on my current hair routine and gave recommendations on other products to try to help with hair concerns I still have. My cut is everything I hoped for and more. She is also very personable, I felt like I was hanging out with a friend from the moment I sat in her chair! 10/10 would recommend!"

"If you are looking for the best massage therapist in the Northland, Donna is the one to see! She is amazing! I've been to other chain stores as well as private massage therapists and no one compares to Donna. Her prices are very reasonable as well. Love how clean Aspen Salon and Spa always is as well as the calm and tranquility of the atmosphere there."

"This is my favorite salon! Can I just say that, as a woman, it's way too hard to find a salon that's both inviting and has lovely, knowledgeable people that work within it? Courtney (the girl that I go to) is such a sweetheart. She always makes me look so beautiful. She knows her color, and is capable of keeping up with my constant yammering while she works her magic. The rooms are intimate and personal, and really let the ladies develop their own space. It's a spectacular spot."
