"Horrible experience. Really set off the, "I just got ripped off" anger. The owner said was highlighted with leveling out her color. Wasn't her natural color. She come out with no highlights. It was basically a hair color that's ugly and not even her natural color. With tip was over 217..00 for something we could do from home. Daughter was told what she wanted was going to take repeated visits (since when did highlights take more than 1 visit) so the owner talked her into this saying she would have highlights., Also was told the highlights would lighten later and with her blow drying, which didn't happen. Made her wait an extra 15 min because it didn't take at all. Instead of seeing this & telling us it didn't take, that she would do it again, she gave excuses and took my money. They do what they want and not what the customer wants, & if you complain there might be some intimidating debate like,, just shut up while I take your money. A bit of an attitude here. I just fell into the oldest con job. She walked in great. Not so leaving absolutely no offer to re-do it. She got her money & tip by intimidation though standing there saying there's highlights as we just said what highlights? After one wash it's back to the color it was before."
