"Pulled my car into a Kum and go after an event, was going to let my car warm up before taking the hour drive home. It’s 14 degrees out right now. Walked inside to let my car heat, less than 5 minutes went by and a lady lady kicked me out because thEY CanT hAvE IdLe CuStOmeRs AfTeR 10 pM. Lack of common courtesy. I’ll get gas elsewhere if you’re gonna be trashy to a frequent customer of yours."
"Clean Inside & Outside! Pumps were all in Working Order. Bathrooms were Clean, & Stocked. Cashier was Quick, Busy, and Friendly."
"Why would you ask a customer to step to the side and allow others to check out just because they said they had two separate transactions for 4 items?!?! 4 of 1 item split into 2 transactions. The rudest cashier I have ever had an interaction with. She told me people were waiting and I needed to step to the side. If I had a lot of items to check out I’d understand but 4 items divided by 2? Please help me understand why this would be considered logical good customer service! Literally stepped to the side and waited while she checked out everyone else inside the store before she would allow me to check out."
"A super nice gentleman at the checkout. There is a collection of drinks here that could be described as vast. A vast number of drinks from which to choose. The restrooms were clean and the whole place looks new."
