"Never had a bad experience here until I was told, "as soon as someone comes in we will restock tp and paper towels." Bathrooms were completely out. Most places would jump on that and fix it right away."
"Cecilia the cashier is rude. Never says thank you. I asked for a item that was on the counter that I didn't see . She got a attitude said the items right in front of you . You can get it yourself I said ok not mean or anything like that. Then she had to add " it convenient like that. She has been rude to me several times before. I didn't say anything about my interaction with her to my fellow employee. He gets in the car and says what's her deal. I said I don't know but this is the last time I ever stop here again"
"Older woman working today (December 1, 4:30PM) dug for some change to help me with gas when she noticed I was using cash and coins to pay. Very considerate."
"550pm Sunday Oct. 29th - My 1st experience at a Casey's. I walk in the door & ask, the older lady w/short hair at the counter "where's the cookies"? The rude response, I got in return was ("Right on front of your face") or.. Over n the bakery! I walked to the bakery, walked back to her.. I said, its (only donuts)! I also said, this was my 1st time n a Casey's & didn't know the layout. She said, It was a stupid question bcz they were in front of my face! Aren't you customer service if someone has a question?! I told her, she is rude & her response was she hopes she never sees me again! (The cookie was for my toddler) This lady obviously doesn't like people or her job!!! Bad mood or hates life? Hates cookies? Idk? She was disgustingly rude & I'll never come back to this location!"
"I dislike Casey’s in general, and this store is no exception. Their grab and go selection is almost non existent, the pizza super greasy and staff generally less than enjoyable to interact with. It just feels outdated, even though it is a relatively new store. Plus, they make you pay for air. Go to Signal on highway 14, across from McDonald’s. It’s free, easily accessible and fills your tires to the specified pressure automatically."
