"I will never visit this location again! The rude, hateful old lady, Deb I think is her name who clearly hates her life should NOT be working there! She doesn’t know what customer service is or how to be polite to anyone ever! Today was the last straw for me when she was unnecessarily rude to my teenage daughter and her friend who were in getting fountain drinks laughing and having fun. They were not rude or disrespectful at all and all the lady could tell me was they made a mess she had to clean with bleach!? I’m sorry but isn’t that part of your job!? And it was not an atrocious mess as she acted like it was.They told me they wiped up the mess they made and even showed me a pic of it. They went back in to get milk for my toddler and she told them she was done with them for today and took the milk away and refused to sell it to them! I went back inside immediately and confronted her and she couldn’t give me a valid reason as to why she was rude and hateful and refused to sell them the milk other than the “mess” they made and they were laughing and joking with each other. Her behavior was certainly not called for and she just thought she could get away with being rude to them but this momma bear let her know different! She doesn’t deserve to be a crew manager treating people like she does. I’ve encountered her before and she’s not friendly at all, ever! Don’t try this momma bear ya old hag!!"

"This has been my "home store" gas station for approx 8 years since I live really close to it. However I've started driving to a Kum &Go farther away bc the customer service has just been terrible. There seems to be a training issue too bc the newer employees aren't very knowledgeable of the registers. They've also stopped ordering the cigarettes I always buy from there bc they ordered too many of a different kind. Other gas stations in the area know my name and greet me as I walk in whereas this Casey's you're lucky to get a smile out of the employees."

"The employees at this location are why I usually stop at this one they are always so helpful friendly. It's in a good location and you can easily pull in and out 2 different sides. The store is usually clean the only complaint I could have is that the dr pepper is out sometimes but they refill it quickly once you let them know"

"This is Casey's. High turnover rate with employees. Best car wash out of all the Casey's in nixa hands down. It's self wash. But the sprayer has good options, wax and bubbles etc. Great water pressure. Other car washes at Casey's won't even get loose dust off the car. This Casey's is within walking distance to my friends house, so good for him. 4 out of 5. I've yet to experience an employee wash my hands after I use the restroom. Regardless of the sign saying they must."
