"My hamburger came out with a long black hair on it! Not mine I'm gray!! I had asked twice to remove the item off my bill. Finally it was remove. I was never asked would you like anything else? We were passing through,I will 110% never step foot back in there. Terrible all around from waiting 30+ minutes for food! I wish I would have just packed my family up and left."

"Man I’ll be the first one to say that I love Buffalo Wild Wings. But we were quoted for a 30min sit time and were sat after an hour. Not only that but there is like no hostess in the waiting area leaving people confused and frustrated. I even timed a grub hub guy waiting at a vacant counter for 10+ mins before he got service haha. We got sat and then I have been here typing this for about 10 mins now and still no greeting or service. Very disappointed and don’t recommend for a night out if you’re looking for an enjoyable experience. I expect better bdubs."

"My family and I frequent this location about once a week. Adam and CJ are top-of-the-line servers. They always get our order right, are super friendly, and never let our drinks get empty. We keep coming back for their service, and the food’s pretty good too!"

"Incredibly poor service. Upon entering the restaurant the hostess was nowhere to be found, while other potential customers opted to leave. Our server, Momo, forgot to put in our drinks, and we didn’t receive those for another 20 minutes. After ordering we didn’t receive any refills and were not asked if we wanted additional alcoholic beverages. We didn’t see our server again until our food was delivered 50 minutes later minus our appetizer. The food was incorrect. My girlfriend ordered the buffalo chicken salad which was brought out as a wrap. I ordered the cheese curd burger and fries with the curds on the side not on the burger, which was brought out with the incorrect veggies and an additional order of cheese curds that I was charged for. The server offered to fix, but we didn’t want to wait another 50 minutes. She again didn’t return for refills on our drinks. After we were done with our meal, the only dish picked up was the margarita my girlfriend was not finished with yet. When we received our check it was incorrect. It was 20 minutes before she returned with the correct one, which had items charged incorrectly plus a dessert which we didn’t even order. I was so anxious to leave I just paid the bill. I wasn’t interested in finding out how long I would have had to wait for the manager. The restrooms were incredibly dirty. Women’s had toilet paper and paper towels strewn throughout per my girlfriend, and in the men’s, a urinal had an active heavy leak making the floor incredibly slippery. To say the least, I am incredibly disappointed with the service and status of this BWW location. I will not be returning for quite some time. Having worked in food service I’m usually quite hesitant to leave a bad review or call out service, but this is the worst I’ve had in quite some time. It didn’t meet the bare bones expectations one has when they decide to eat out. A simple dinner turned into a 2+ hour disappointing evening."
