"I’m very disappointed with this store. I bought more than $70 in 3 items for a don't. I mentioned that to Aeryn (the associate in charge) in order to get a good receipt. When I was packing the goft I realized that she didn’t include the gift receipt. The next day I had to go again to the store and explained what happened. Aeryn didn’t want to print the gift receipt, she made me lost about 30 minutes, finally my husband proposed to reverse the purchase and register a new one to can print a don't receipt. It’s unbelievable how we, the customers, had to provide the store with options to solve the problem caused by their employee. Next time I will drive longer to Lenexa or Olathe stores, but never again to this store. Awful service."

"Well stocked clearance section! They still had plenty of summer wear at the beginning of November, including swimsuits, which I couldn't find in pretty much all other children's stores as they had already cleared out all the summer stock. Was able to shop for sizes 12 months and 10 years, and almost all clothes/sets were under $5 per item."
