"It's always a pleasure dealing with these folks. They manage to keep their prices comparable to Murphy's and Casey's (both within 2 blocks). This time, they beat Casey's price by several cents and the lines at the pumps showed the locals' appreciation."

"I really appreciate being able to get 25 cents off a gallon at Conoco and it's subsidiaries. This is one of them this rapid Roberts at 76th and 13 business Highway. The last time I was there I was emptying my trash bag out of the car which is approximately one foot by 9 inches by 1 ft. I was very sternly told not to put my trash like that in their trash receptacles. I called the manager to tell her how much I had been spending at that kind of cold the last several weeks and she told me that they had to empty those trash receptacles and so I shouldn't put my trash in there. I told her at that time, wasn't that her job? She told me I'm not going to argue with you and hung up on me. I called the regional office and I could not get a call back for over a week. When I talked with the individual at the regional office they of course supported their employee. And I understand that, however, I've spent several hundred dollars there on fuel in the last couple of months and it seems like this small amount of trash wouldn't have made too much of a difference to them. And the rudeness was not acceptable to me as a customer."

"Great gas station for a quick stop and awesome customer service! The staff was very relaxed helpful and respectful of my crazy kids in the store. Bathrooms were very clean. It's like the best place to stop leaving Branson west 2hen we head home to Arkansas."

"Only stopped here once, briefly, to get gas & use the restroom. The ladies room was small, single occupancy, but it was clean and well stocked with the necessities. Convenience store was clean and tidy but was a little smaller than most, and therefore snack choices were a bit limited. Gas prices seemed to be right around average for the state. It was fairly late when we were there and this location was open (thankfully), well lit, and appeared to have a pretty steady flow of customers."
