"One of several things done to my car was an oil/filter change on January 30, 2024. Now my car is showing needs oil..in this short period of time.There is no leak and NO SIGN of burning oil. It's a well maintained Lexus 350. I usually don't take time to do bad reviews, but also in past, service management asked if I was having problems with battery and I said no. That same battery lasted 2 more years. They never keep to time frame they say, thus being forced to set on extremely uncomfortable furniture. I kept returning to this facility because it is clean and offered more services than smaller places. I'm a Christian and I think I got fooled by the Christian music they played overhead ."

"Extremely fast service. I hadn't had my vehicle worked on but I suggested Oakley to my friend and I followed her to drop it off and again to pick it up. No apt and yet it was done the same day. Her drive shaft had broken so I imagine it wasn't an easy job. At a y rate I was impress with the great service. Thank you!"

"Really appreciate the good work and service however I was quoted $1105 for ball joint replacement unless it needed the larger ball joints which would be an extra $100. I also had a State inspection performed so can see another $30 or so. When I picked my truck up the bill was over $1400. I did not have time to address it with the service writer because I needed to get to a meeting. Please address my question of why the extra cost. Nothing was explained when I picked up my truck Thank you"

"I could write a novel on my experience starting from my first phone call to the dealer in regards to the 2019 Ford F250 Lariat Super Duty to my last few minutes left with the dealer. Jamie was outstanding! I can’t thank him enough for having such a great demeanor and attitude with me even when I could of been wasting his time from the moment we spoke on the phone. He was very thorough and honest which is what I look for in a car salesman. I don’t want to be sold a dream, I want the truth and because he did as I asked he gained a new customer.
