"Had a pleasant and professional experience with James today. Needed a pair of shoes that fit my needs with neuropathy and general comfort. He scanned each foot and pulled a set of inserts that was best for me, and same with shoes. He pulled out various kinds and sizes, and was very informative with each one I fitted on. He made it fast and easy, a great experience."
"Absolutely worst customer service hands down. Manager is a cocky, disrespectful jerk to put it nicely. Bought a pair of Hokas 4 weeks ago for $165 that are literally falling apart, called the store and was told no problem, bring them in and we will fix the problem. Get there and was completely disrespected by the "manager". I will be contacting Corporate and will not buy for them again."

I went in after working my overnight shift in search of the best supportive and comfortable shoe and she took the best care me! Put both shoes on me and tied them! I was exhausted and my feet hurt but the way she treated me, I felt like royalty. I will ask for her every time I go!"
