"Walked in the store today, Ended up finding somebody to help me after 15 bc wasn't greated.. Including the KID manager & all the employees was by the back wall goofing off/cutting up & ignoring a store full of customers.. Needless to say I left $245.00 dollars worth of items on the front counter bc once again waited 17 mins with 2 other customers , We was NEVER wanted on bc the.immature employees were to busy playing around in the back of the store so this awful experience ended up with their childish games costing their store about $500 + . We all walked out & took our business to another store & had absolutely no problem being greated etc.."
"The associates don't seem to know much about shoes despite knowing the store so well. Was looking for a good running shoe but they had no idea what a general running shoe was and could only point me to what a few shoe boxes had the word "running" on them. I know not every shoe box is going to specify the difference between a walk, run, casual, "tennis", or all around shoe type. So, I'm disappointed to say I was guessing as much as they were. They were however quick to answer questions about where shoe brands and generalized shoe types were though. The prices are great and they have awesome clearance socks, shoes, and bags. Will ve returning soon!"
