"The store is amazing but the cashier lied and made it seem like the magazines I was getting where free. They are not. Do not sign up for them! They keep your debt card information and charge you after two months for all four magazines you get."

"I've been in this store a couple of times. Today, 12/10/23, was like any other visit; nice and clean, organized, various selections of books. Until it came time to check out. I picked two books by the same author for a Christmas gift. You can see them in the pics below. They were similar in subject matter and size. But different in price. One was $9.99 and the other $7.99, clearly marked! When the $7.99 one rang up for $9.99, I pointed it out to the cashier. He tried putting it in manually, and it still rang up as $9.99. I paid the two dollar difference because I wanted them for a gift. But after leaving, my wife told me he didn't even try calling a manager to override the price. As I said, I was willing to pay up, but if this is regular business practice, it needs to be addressed. How many other customers have been cheated out of their hard earned cash? Three stars is the best I can do Books-a-Million. Your customers deserve better."

"It's a nice bookstore with loads of books and related merch. My favorite was a display with Stitch on one side and Winnie the pooh on the other... It's not just books, though. I bought a clock and an insulated tumbler with my favorite characters on them."

"Came here to look for DSM 5-TR and they did not carry it in store….I need the latest and greatest for this doctoral program. Guess I’ll have to go to Barnes & Nobles. Other than that, it was like any ordinary book store."
