"I purchased a family meal with sides. One of the sides was French fries. The French fries was not in the order. I called and spoke with the manager and he said he would put my name in the book and I didn't have to come today. I went later to order again and get the fries. It was a different manager and she said my name was not in the book. She had a very nasty attitude. I will not be going back again. The workers are always making mistakes on the order. I usually check my order before leaving. The one time I didn't, it wasn't correct."
"This is the 2nd time my order was not complete. I hate to say it but, I thought because you had a white employee it would be better and accurate. She's just as incompetent as the rest. How hard is it to count up to two. Stop sending out hard biscuits"
"I visited this location And went through the drive-through and asked if I can order a five piece chicken only white meat spicy. I was informed by the person taking my order that they don’t have a five piece spicy white only a five piece dark. I then asked what could I get that’s five piece spicy or four piece white meat spicy chicken only for $12. I again stated I only had $12 I could spend and when I stated this, I was laughed at. I didnt find anything funny about me saying that I only have $12. It was very insensitive, immature and sad to be laughed at over what’s in MY pockets. I usually visit this location twice a week. This will be my last time returning. I have never experienced this type of BLANTANT disrespect when ordering food. I was given a 3 piece spicy for $6.29 which still isn’t what I asked for. My hope is that this person will be handled in an appropriate manner. The name on my receipt states my order was taken by Chauncia M."
"I've never gone to Lee's fried chicken and received a bad meal before. I was just out done. The chicken was very dark, and I couldn't tell that the oil needed to be changed . The flour needed changing also. There were clumps of breading on the chicken. And in the box. If I did not live so far away , I would have returned it. We managed to eat it because it was late and it was edible . But not up to Lee's standards. I worked for the company before in a manager position. So I know the standards . That was not it."
