"It was a big brown grown up roach going in and out of the back of the cash register that faces the customer and when my husband told the manager and staff they did nothing about it.. They said it's none of their business and the manager said "oh it is " and that was that. She asked the cashier to give her a napkin to get it and she declined. My husband said we'll be going to the Ferguson location from now on."
"Woman told me the inside was not open til she was off her break as she was smoking her cigarette walking coming from the dispensary. I definitely waited 40 minutes for my order and the speaker was broken so I assume they were taking orders at the window. Everyone had to pull forward. I left and canceled my order. Awful."
"No one had on the name tag. Everyone failed to give me a name. I came through the drive-through for a delivery. The guy on the intercom was rude. Then I came in to no one doing anything. I ended up standing for 15 minutes for a delivery."
"I went in for a 12pc and was reading the order off of paper with all kinds of preferences. The staff was able to listen and be patient enough to let me get the request out and told me what could and couldn't be done. While they were preparing my order I needed to add a item and they got it all to me at the same time with no change in attitude. Don't like their drive through but going inside is a different story. I thought it was lacking for space on the inside until I experienced how fast they got me out then it made sense. I'm going back."
"The person at the window was nice but they are definitely lacking with the quality of food. This is what I received as a large order of macaroni and cheese. On top of not being full, it was cold. The chicken pieces are also small. When spending $30 on a meal combo I expect better than this. I won't be going there again."
